Say goodbye to tired and achy feet

Your feet is as important as your face. It needs the care it can get. It is the one part of your body that gets you where you want. After a long day of work it gets tired and achy.

There’s a way you can relax and detox your feet. You just need:

  • Epsom salt
  • Lemon
  • Baking soda
  • Lavender essential oil

So, mix 1/3 cup epsum salt, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp baking soda and 6 drops of lavender essential oil in warm water and then place your feet in it for 20 minutes and then pat dry your feet with a clean towel.

Your feet will thank you for that as it will feel relaxed.
