Choosing the right meal and portion

When it come to food, we often tend to eat as per our cravings. Especially when it comes to our best meals. You can eat and eat even when the stomach does not need any more our mouth always more of that. When it comes to the healthy food, our guts does not always tolerate it. 

In any case, healthy food is important and we must embrace it as much as we can. With the rise of the deadly diseases that are venturing in nowadays, you don’t want to risk to health. You should find a away to ensure to take in the right food and the right portion.

I learnt that your meal should always have more of vegetables less of oils and take away meals. Ain’t this a nice balanced proportionate meal?
